The company's chairman has been in the fitness equipment business for more than 25 years, having gained experience from being a technician and a salesperson until having expertise in business and understanding the essence of business. Therefore,
the company was founded in 2013 with an initial registered capital of 1 Million Baht . Later, the business grew, so the registered capital was increased to 5 Million Baht . In 2020, SPORTS SOLUTION CO., LTD has 2 affiliated companies as follows :
1. Sports Brand International Company Limited, registered capital of 1 Million Baht. manage under HOME USE products, which provides services in the products used in the home.
2. Sports Syndicate Company Limited, registered capital of 5 Million Baht. manages the UFC GYM, which provides services in the fitness business. The copyright was purchased from the United States.
